12V Plug Fuse Location: 2008 F150

Both of my 12V plug on my truck doesn't work... Do you have any info on the location of the fuse to change ? I just noticed it like 5 minutes ago that it doesn't work, and I'm going to St John NB tommorow at 5 am for my son's karate competition and I need them for the GPS and camera charger !!! Can you help me ??!!??

on my 05, the fuse was under the passenger side kick panel. this was the rear 12v that went out on me. not sure if the 08 is the same. hope it helps...

2013 f150 Ecobeast
3.55 E locker
FX4 Screw
SSI tuned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, thanks What kind of fuse it need ? I don't know too much in that and i'll just probably go to the Canadian Tire tommorow to buy some...

i think it was around 10-15 amp. check out your manual if you have one to be sure.

edit....passenger side #37 is a 20 amp for rear power point
cigar lighter is #110 and20 amp
instrument power point is#117 and 20 amp

check these too make sure you get the right size ones. this is from my 08 manual

The fuse panel is located on the bottom right kick panel on the passenger side.

You take off a plastic cover that is just for looks, then there is another (i think black) cover underneath there that houses all your fuses. On the backside of it you will find i think 3 extra fuses and a fuse puller.

And if i remember correctly there is no diagram as to which fuses does what on the plastic. For that you have to read your owners manual, but i don't remember which page number. Closer to the back of it anyway..

Make sure there is nothing plugged into the outlets when your changing the fuse, and be sure to make sure the rating is the same! Good Luck
