Engine noise through speakers?

I have a 2005 Ford super crew 4.6L...

Seems when leaving a stop around 1800-2000rpm I get a whine through my speakers, happens in first and second gear.... the radio itself is off at the time too. It is getting very annoying!

Any Ideas here?

Check the grounds or pre amp cables if running a aftermarket deck
