Power Window Problem

Hey guys. Have a problem with the power window (driver side) not going up. Had a problem with the switch being a little touchy since I bought it. Does the window switch/lock switch panel just pop up on the 2005 door panel??? Thought I would start with the switch replacement first. Couldn't find any threads on this and used search.

cheers,

Kevin.
