Factory Nav re-programming???

Picked up a factory nav system for my truck and everything works fine except the factory sub woofer no longer works.

Does anybody know who can re-program it in the GTA so the sub will work???

Not interested in the dealership or shipping the item.

Any help would be much appreciated!
