that dpf delete does a huge ass inprovement to the power torque is unreal
and that bitch will puff black smoke
its awesome
this is all wrong.
if you start puffing black then you'd better have a pyrometer in there to gauge your exhaust temperature. remember that diesels don't have throttle plates - they limit power (and importantly - heat) by controlling fuel. black smoke means too much fuel in relation to air. if you blow black then you need need need to know what your pyro reads ...... it would sucks mightily to have an injector acting like a flamethrower - 6.4s do not take kindly to that. they like to blow up in spectacular fashion from overfueling.
also .... a small portion of why we have strict diesel emissions is everybody and their dog shooting soot out of their tail pipe. spewing black all over the place isn't helping any of us flying under the radar.
not trying to be a holier than thou type, but this is coming from somebody who runs a 6.4 and sees them grenade on a daily basis.
edit ------- also curious where you got your H&S. last i heard they were very, very hard to come by and I know a few people up here who would prefer it over SCT for their pending delete.
