From the book

A code P0307 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.

If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.

Take the COP off and pull the plug is it wet? most likely it is a coil pack, or you can swap the cop with another cylinder and clear he codes and see if you get a misfire code on the swapped cylinder

BTW, if you have to change a coil pack don't forget a new plug as well

So I located the Cod on #7 messed around with it a bit moving it and twisting it, Then plugged in the code reader and started the truck. It was still showing the P-0307 then I cleared it with the code reader shut off the truck, then started it again and tried to read for any new codes and 0 codes came up so I guess I fixed it for now.
But thanks to Matt and Dave, If and when the code comes up again I now know what has to be done.
In spring I'll tune up the hole thing.
Thanks again guys This Forum is THE BEST.EH!

I'll bet it will happen again and the COP will have to be changed and if and when you do put a new plug in it as well
