Talking Alternator pulley switching

Hi

I finally received my alternator and want to install it.
I removed the old one and everything is fine.

Now, the new alternator have the wider, but thinner pulley.
Mine have the smaller but larger pulley (the strap won't fit on the new pulley).

By any chances, did someone know how to remove the pulley's nut ???

Tried, but unable to loose it.

Thanks

Use an impact gun and it will come right off you may have to remove the alternator from the truck first so you have room
