What Engine Oil do you use, and do you change weight of your oil for the summers?

i always buy the 4.4L + free 1L for 29.99 when it goes on sale at Crappy tire or Partsource.

I have 4 of the 5.4L combos in my garage.

Really? Its the Internet take it easy.

I've used mostly Valvoline 5w30, sometimes 10w30 for about 95% of my oil changes for the last 240,000 kms on my GM 5 litre. No issues at all!

Might switch to synthetic as my brothers mileage increased on his superduty when he did. Would anyone suggest valvoline synthetic?

I went with Valvoline max life synthetic anyways. Also bought a fram oil filter designed for synthetic oil as well.

Synthetic from Ford right now, next change switching to Mobile 1...and they do it for me, gone are the days of crawling around a vehicle...must be an age thing.
