electric fan

I went to lordco and picked up a 16" electric fan for $78 it moves a claimed 1600cfm and now comes the hard part, removing the old fan for the pulley. I was just wondering if anyone has done this mod before and how do I get the old fan off, I was just thinking of removing the pulley and then dealing with the fan itself or if there is an easier way please inform me. The truck is the inline 6.

Sweet, I just got my efan controller from Delta Current and I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy that removal tool. Now to get some fans.

Jensen -- I don't think 1600 CFM will be enough. I'd go with at least 2 16" fans at 2000 CFMs. There are lots of other ford truck forums that I have read and they all recommend at least 2000 CFM at a minimum.

Whaddya mean I dont pay my bills?? Whydya think I'm broke!!
