Angry missing 5.4

'01 expedition, 130,000km, #3&#7 misfire, no compresion wet or dry, lapped valve to remove carbon and replaced valve seals, all new gaskets, head bolts & plugs, all coils good After reassembly it still has a miss , but the snap-on scanner wont pick up the code until it has been driven.(all valves and lifters moving properly on bench) Has anyone else had or heard of this kind of a problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had some issues with a pin hole coolent leak onto my one of my coils in my 99 5.4, everything looked good but when the engine would get warm the coolent would drip once and a while and cause a bad miss.

I only drive in the city, to get out of it!!!
