Any other members out there have rearend problems.
Just rolled over 40,000k and under normal acceleration onto the highway today, rearend goes bang, and off to Ford shop she goes.
Appears main bearing broke and complete rebuild required.
Anyone else out there have a issue like this?

Well update, rebuilt with new bearings and still not fixed. Ford now says new ring and pinion gear set required. They put it back together and told me to drive until new rearend comes in.
