Hello, fellas! Our Ford Bronco journey continues, and this time Greg is back in the shop with more efforts to restore his Bronco proper operation and drivability. The Ball Joints and U joints aren’t the flashiest or most exciting parts under the truck, however, they are essential to the reliable and safe functioning of the ride.

In this video, Greg will guide you through the entire process of the Ball Joints and U joints repair and replacement. If you're also working on the Ford Bronco, this manual will help you out. The result is worth all the effort - now Bronco is more reliable than ever.

Follow us for more videos to see the 1993 Ford Bronco getting ready to drive every day!

I've been silent long enough on this! First, the drivers side front differential seal was not replaced. The inner shaft bearing was not addressed/replaced/checked. This needs to be done in order to maintain proper alignment of the shaft inside the spindle. The brake dust shield was not replaced. That thickness missing is why the locking hub assembly was so easy for you to install. The locking hub was installed without additional lubricant. This will present problems by way of the locking hub assembly wearing prematurely and causing actuator problems in the somewhat near future. The center u-joint in the passenger side was not replaced, as well as the differential seal. While this side requires the removal of the differential, it probably could use a drain and refill anyway, assuming it has any lubricant left in it. The caster/camber adjustment bushing/sleeve was not removed, cleaned and lubricated. Your front alignment technician/mechanic will thank you for doing this step. You forgot to replace the locking nuts on the spindle. These are a one time use only type of nut. You should have probably replaced the bolts as well. I don't remember if, in any of the videos, you replaced the axle pivot bushings. These will improve the steering and alignment, enormously.
