Not a bad idea, allthough they rarely get used they are good for non stop talk when needed.
For example one forum I was on had it and the only time it got used was during NASCAR races because a lot of members were fans.

Just wondering.. I just found myself hitting the New post button quite a bit tonight and been caught with the wait 30secs couple times.. lol
