Please See below instructions:
1. visit www.imageshack.us or Or also you Can use http://photobucket.com/

2. Click "Browse" and look for the image you would like to post onto the forum.
If the image you have is too large select from the drop down list which size you want to re-size to. Also make sure you check of the option for "re-size image".
(most common for forums is 640x480 or 800x600)
Then click "Host it"

3. Your image is uploaded. now select and "copy" all of the code in the selected box.

4. Go onto the forum where you want to make your post / post your picture and "paste" the copied code. then simply post your thread reply.
