Aw heck. Pull the intake off and port match it to your heads. Remove the casting flash and rough surfaces internally and it will flow better. Don't do a thing to the external appearance and use OE gaskets to keep Ford from nuking your warranty. If you want to go a little crazier port the heads too. No way will Ford tear apart your engine if it's running strong when you bring it back to them.
