Lights are mest up!!!

I am having problems that I hope one of you can help me with. My 92 F-150 is having electrical problems, I'm not sure whether it started after some MIG welding or on its own. When I pull the head lights on, the brake lights/four-way light up too. I have no signal lights or 4-ways, could it be my headlight switch? or has some wires melted together on me? There is no power at the brake light fuse!

Confusing eh!

Any input would help

3 things may cause this:
1) you may have melted some wires (are you blowing fuses)
2) loose or no grounding at turning lights
3) bed light connector or wrong light bulb

Most likely it will be second, its a most common problem

im curious if by the second one you mean the ground at the switch for the lights or at the actual bulbs of the lights?

thanks

Bulb of the lights
The best way to check this it to remove bulbs out one at the time,
Process of elimination
Hope this helps
