I welded i thicker tube inside of the skyjacker one to add strength to it, the tranny crossmember doesnt really come that beefy from skyjacker so i just helped it out a little bit. :spz:

I would love to see it next time I will be in Aurora
Great Work
where abouts do you live?

This is my invention for all TTB guys, I cut out the hump from the driver side beam, then i used 1/4" thick plate, cut it to size, drilled the holes in a mill, cut the big hole with a grinder...hehe then welded the hump to the plate and now acting as a diff cover!!! I put studs in the pumpkin, so now when ever i need to do work i pull the cover off and dont have to worry about pullin the hole damn thing out! I also made a diff guard with the left over 1/4" plate in my schools metal shop.

the new 4:56 gears installed.

the diff guard.

Ok note to EVERYONE NEVER USE FAST DRY PAINT, it sucks! as you can see in the picture the fast dry was red, i sprayed the black and the red at the same time and the black was dry before the red!

What colour will you paint your truck?
Its Viper Graphite, the bed is half done. Its a medium dark grey with a tiny touch of flake, and then im gonna do two black stripes down the cab hood and tailgate. I wont bother doing the cab just yet because i still have to go in and out with my subwoofer boxes and seats. :))
Brampton,
But I work in Vaughan
Oh yea i know where that is, I came down there a few times to get some parts acid dipped....not exactly cheap!
MORE PICS!!!!!!!

I Now have the cab lights wired into the headlight switch so when i turn my lights on at night the cab lights come one.

Here is my dashlight mod, my stock color used to be green so i took the dash apart, scraped off the green paint from the backing, used blue GLASS paint and painted the back of the guage display. Then before i put it back together i threw some blue LED bulbs to replace the stock ones.

ANd here is the finished product!

Here are some shots of my offroad lights behind the grille, all i did for these was use a piece of angle steel bolted it to the rad support and bolted the lights to it, it runs off the 12v from the cigarette lighter hole which is now gone. Ill get a better picture of where i mounted my switch for it.

And here is my jumpseat mod along with ripping out the dash to find a leak mod! haha. What I did was take out the jumpseats from my ranger, used the empty space left to put a sub box in, half of the box sits in the hole and theother half stick out. Reason why i did this was so i can still have my space back there and so i can atleast carry one person in the back.

^^ That was when i first made ths sub box, my first mistake was i made the box too small and the port too big so i got really bad sound, I now brought out the box another 7 inches out and 5 inches to the side giving it enough space for a ported box. Ill get more pictures of that too and a little sound clip...if the camera can handle it...hehe. I already had my neighbour across the street comlain about her floor vibrating cuz of my subs :)) For the those who wanna know my subs are 2 12" pioneer 650watt subs each, and then one 760w pioneer amp. new pioneer speakers all around, 6x9s in the back and 6" round ones in the front, and a 220w jvc deck. All the interior is pretty much back together except for the seats, I wanna wait untill my sub boxes are wrapped to put them back in.

Is there a part you haven't touched?

Looks good!
Ummm nope? lol maybe tranny and thats it.
I think you of become the unofficial Ranger expert..............lol

haha i guess, i dont think its a bad thing either. Its all fun for me, i like a little challenge and its great to learn somthing new about your ride and being able to take pride in what you did because you did it.
oh man the list goes on! I finished wrapping both my new and bigger sub boxes and amp box, the boxs will go in today and the seats will hopefully go back in today too. sunday i ripped into the engine to replace the upper and lower intake gaskets and find a fuel problem :b What else, i put a new fuel pump in yesterday, i put another coat of paint on the bed. Lol a lot of work, dont worry ill get mroe pictures as soon as i can find our camera! :t-dwn: dont know where that thing dissapeared to now.
UUPPDDATTTTTEEEEEEEE!!!!! I got both boxes wrapped and in the truck! I had to build the boxes bigger cuase they were too small the first time around and i made the port too big, now its all fixed and needless to say it hits hard!I managed to get the passenger side seat in but not drivers yet cuz i gotta make a little box for the 4x4 computer. I also made 2 vids of my system, one wasnt that loud at all and the other is thumpin. the second one isnt also as goood because you cant see much, it started to get dark and rain so i called it quits. Ill try to get a btter vid in the daylight and with more power. :))

Here is the boxes wrapped.
