that would be entirely dependant on the condition of that 14yr old vehicle.... and the availability of parts for something that old... but, if the price is right, why not... goooooooooooooooo environment!!

Check with Local Mechanic shop
Ask who is converting Taxi/Limo to propane and go there
You should be able to convert any vehicle to propane
