hmm i got 4.2 and i was told i could tow right from the dealer, so far i pulled a trail lite camper right on the stock bumper (15km's back to the trailer dealer for them to sell) and a boat which i still tow with it....Better check your owners manual because I think with 308 gears and 4.2
