My truck is bone stock except for 265/75 tires and a replacement k & n air filter. It is driven like a grandma would on highway and town roads. New plugs Ford plugs 20,000km ago, new fuel and air filter 5,000km ago. No check engine light, no driveabilty problems at all? But I have a bud at the local Ford dealer so maybe I can get him to scan it anyways.

Yeah it's for a 2000 F150 5.4 gas, I'm not looking for more power just better gas mileage because 12 MPG just plain sucks!:icon_mad:

 

Is your engine running good? No exhaust leaks, vacuum leaks, clean fuel filter & air filter, O2 sensors and MAF could be checked too.

I have a 99 F150 5.4 with big tires(stock gears) and a lift with an exhaust leak at the moment(popped a manifold bolt) and I still get 14-12MPG's mixed driving with a heavy foot, if I take her real easy I can bring it up over 15 sometimes. I also have an Edge tuner running level 3 with premium
